Lansing closes Jolly Road for repaving and lane changes

Jolly Road is closed to through traffic between Cedar Street and Pennsylvania Avenue in Lansing as of Monday, Aug. 24. Local businesses remain accessible, while drivers are directed along Miller Road and nearby streets.

The closure is expected to continue through Nov. 20 while crews repave the road, install new storm drains and convert it from four lanes to three lanes with bike lanes. The detour adds nearly two miles to the half-mile closed stretch.
