Two men died in three-vehicle Ingham County crash

Two men died after a three-vehicle collision Aug. 24 at Holt and Every roads in Alaiedon Township, east of Holt. The crash occurred about 4 p.m., according to the Ingham County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities said a 40-year-old Haslett driver collided with a vehicle driven by a 59-year-old Flint-area man, which then struck a third vehicle. The intersection reopened shortly after 9 p.m. after being closed for about five hours.

The investigation remains ongoing. Police said alcohol and drugs are not believed to have been factors, and asked anyone with information to contact Deputy Stalzer at 517-676-8444, ext. 1939.
