Booger McFarland warns Underwood on QB1 status after WMU game

Booger McFarland posted on X, warning Michigan quarterback Bryce Underwood that his QB1 status is teetering after the Wolverines’ win over Western Michigan.

Underwood finished the game with 12 completions on 22 attempts for 170 yards, including a late touchdown that sealed the victory.

Head coach Kyle Whittingham praised Underwood’s performance and noted that the quarterback’s job security will be tested in the upcoming Oklahoma Sooners matchup.
