Attorney general wins injunction against Kalshi sports betting in Ingham County
Attorney General Dana Nessel secured a new court victory in Ingham County, as Circuit Judge Rosemarie Aquilina issued a preliminary injunction blocking Kalshi from sports-betting-related activity in Michigan.
