Frontier Days festival wraps up in Charlotte

Families gathered this weekend for the Frontier Days festival before the start of the school week, with the carnival organized by the local Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Money raised during the weekend goes to projects around Charlotte intended to improve the community, and Onika Meyers, aerie president at the Charlotte Fraternal Order of Eagles, said the event brings people together.

Funds from the carnival will support the Eaton County Health and Rehabilitation activities department, and this year marked Charlotte’s 55th year holding Frontier Days.
