Meridian Township approves rezoning of 65-acre parcel east of Haslett Road

On August 18, 2026, the Charter Township of Meridian Board approved Ordinance #26-08, rezoning approximately 65.38 acres east of the Copper Creek Subdivision, on the north side of Haslett Road.

The rezoned parcel, identified as #33-02-02-12-200-015, will change from RA, One-Family, Medium Density Residential to the same designation with a PRD overlay, allowing for planned residential development.

Materials related to the rezoning request May be examined at the Department of Community Planning and Development, 5151 Marsh Road, Okemos, Michigan 48864-1198 (517.853.4560) between 8:00 a.m. And 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
