Ingham County K9 Kobe to receive donated protective vest

Ingham County Sheriff’s Office K9 Kobe will receive a custom-fitted vest designed to protect against bullets and stabbing, donated by Vested Interest in K9s, Inc. The vest is expected to arrive within 10 weeks.

The vest will be embroidered in honor of K9 Ace of Polk County, Florida. The nonprofit has provided more than 6,631 protective vests to law-enforcement dogs across the United States since 2009.
