Lansing sets hearing on tax district for West Mount Hope property

The Lansing City Council will hold a public hearing Oct. 12 At 7 p.m. On creating an Obsolete Property Rehabilitation District for a property at 1515 West Mount Hope Avenue.

If approved, the district would allow property owners within it to apply for tax abatements on improvements. Residents and other interested parties May attend or submit written comments to the City Clerk’s Office before 5 p.m. On the hearing date.
