Lake Michigan College names Dr. Kim Hodges Dean of health Sciences
Lake Michigan College (LMC) announced today that Dr. Kim Hodges, DNP, RN, NE-BC, NPD-BC, has been appointed dean of health sciences, bringing a blend of academic leadership and clinical practice to the college’s health sciences division.
Hodges brings more than two decades of clinical and healthcare leadership experience, having served as assistant dean in the school of nursing at Indiana University and as clinical assistant professor in the department of community and health systems. She also led clinical operations at two Level One trauma centers and held nursing professional development roles at Indiana University Health.
Provost Dr. Latoya Mason welcomed Hodges and highlighted her role in preparing students for careers that meet workforce needs. Hodges said she is honored to lead the health sciences division and will work with faculty, staff, and healthcare partners to advance LMC’s programs.
