Ingham County deputies catch gym thief counting cash

Ingham County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested a suspect for stealing a cellphone and cash from a Delhi Township gym on Thursday. The arrest followed a quick investigation that linked the individual to the thefts reported at the Planet Fitness location.

Deputies located the suspect at a nearby bus stop, where he was found counting a significant amount of cash. One officer began speaking with the man while the other called the stolen cellphone to confirm the suspect's identity.
