Ingham drain commissioner proposes ending easement in Leslie Township
The Ingham County Drain Commissioner has determined that a 2,476.45-foot drain easement in Leslie Township is no longer needed for drainage purposes and proposes releasing it to the property owner.
Taxpayers may protest the proposed release at a meeting Sept. 28 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the drain commissioner’s office in Mason. After the meeting, the easement may be released and conveyed to the property owner.
