Jonesville site redevelopment Plans include 44 apartments, restaurant, and retail space

Plans for the 121 Water Street site in Jonesville, Eaton County, included 44 apartments, a restaurant, and retail space, following an environmental cleanup.

The state provided $2 million toward the cleanup, which was expected to cost about $20 million.

The project was expected to create 33 jobs and be completed by January 2029.
