Michigan State receiver seeks court order over NCAA eligibility
Michigan State wide receiver Rodney Bullard Jr. filed for an injunction in Ingham County court, seeking to regain a year of NCAA eligibility for the 2026 season.
Bullard says the NCAA wrongly counted his 2021 enrollment at Valdosta State as full-time. His filing says school records show he was a part-time student, though a transcript issue led to his registration for an additional course.
Bullard transferred to Michigan State after playing two seasons at Valdosta State and continues to practice with the Spartans. Coach Pat Fitzgerald said the eligibility process remains ongoing.
