Parents in Farmington Hills claim coach mismanaged funds for cheer program

Parents in Farmington Hills say they paid up to $800 per child, $80 monthly practice fee, $200 stunt camp, and $3,100 in fundraisers to Diamond Cheer All Star Team LLC, totaling thousands of dollars for 26 cheerleaders.

They claim uniforms were not as promised, competition attendance was low, and the coach canceled days before or on the day of the competition. The coach owes parents approximately $1,700 for rental space, and she responded via email but no follow‑up.

The coach has started a new team under Phoenix Cheer All Stars LLC, separate from Diamond Athletics – Cheer & Tumble, and investigators have been assigned by the Farmington Hills Police Department. Families want accountability and warn others about the mismanaged funds.
