Lawsuit accuses Logitech of keeping $61 million in tariff refunds
A class-action lawsuit accuses Logitech of failing to refund customers after receiving $61 million in tariff refunds from the U.S. government as of June 30, 2026. The complaint says the company raised prices on more than half its products by as much as 25% in April 2025 and has kept those increases in place.
The lawsuit alleges Logitech collected roughly $73 million to $97 million from consumers through tariff-related price increases during fiscal 2026. It seeks refunds for customers who bought products at the higher prices.
The complaint says some companies have begun returning tariff-related savings through refunds or lower prices. Logitech has not indicated it plans to do so, according to the allegations.
