Ionia council limits trailer and RV parking to 24 hours

The Ionia City Council voted 7-2 to prohibit trailers and recreational vehicles from remaining on city streets or in public parking areas for more than 24 hours at a time.

The amended ordinance covers utility, enclosed, recreational vehicle and boat trailers, along with trailers designed for habitation, recreation or business use.
