Hearing scheduled for Expedited quiet title and foreclosure of Lansing parcels

Notice of hearing on the Petition of Ingham County Land Bank Fast Track Authority for Expedited Quiet Title and Foreclosure of Certain Parcels of Real Property will be held before the Honorable Rosemarie E. Aquilina at the Veterans Memorial Courthouse, 313 W. Kalamazoo St., Lansing, on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard.

The hearing is part of the action recorded with the Ingham County Register of Deeds on September 4, 2026. Judgment of the Court after this hearing may result in title to the property vesting in the Ingham County Land Bank Fast Track Authority, 3024 N. Turner St., Lansing, and any person with information regarding the owner or prior owner of the subject properties is requested to contact the Land Bank.

The subject properties include East ½ of North 94 feet of Lot 7, Block 3, Jerome’s Addition; Lot 17, Devonshire Subdivision; Lot 202, Maple Hill Subdivision; West 75 feet of Lot 1, Marywood Subdivision; commonly known as 811 W. Miller Rd., Lansing, MI 48911 CP#26-361. Persons with a property interest in the subject properties may lose his or her interest, if any, as a result of the quiet title and foreclosure hearing.
