Ingham County K9 Kobe was set to receive protective vest

The Ingham County Sheriff’s Office announced that K9 Kobe would receive a bullet- and stab-resistant vest sponsored by Vested Interest in K9s, Inc. The vest was to be embroidered in honor of K9 Ace of Polk County, Florida.

The sheriff’s office said the custom-fitted vest is made in the United States and certified by the National Institute of Justice. Delivery was expected within 10 weeks of the announcement.
