Lansing-area man sought after two men shot in Mecosta County
Deputies said a Lansing-area man fled after allegedly shooting two Isabella County men during a dispute at a residence in Sheridan Township in Mecosta County.
The Mecosta County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded Friday to a carrying concealed weapon complaint. Investigators found the two victims had been in a verbal and physical altercation with the Lansing-area man before the shooting.
Both victims were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Deputies said they believe the Lansing-area man returned to the Lansing area.
