Michigan Stadium launches reusable cup program for 2026 season

Michigan Stadium has introduced a reusable cup program in suites and club areas at the Ann Arbor venue, beginning with Michigan’s Sept. 5 season opener. The program is designed to reduce single-use waste and test the system during high-volume game days.

After each game, workers collect the cups for commercial washing and return them to the stadium. The program will continue through the 2026 football season, with possible expansion beyond suites and club areas under consideration.
