Three Ingham County businesses cited in alcohol compliance check

The Ingham County Sheriff's Office cited three businesses in the Delhi Township area following a recent alcohol compliance check conducted with the Michigan Liquor Control Commission.

Undercover decoys attempted to purchase alcohol at 21 establishments, successfully buying drinks only at Holt Fine Wine & Spirits, Ram's Corner Store, and Royal Wine & Spirits.

The sheriff's office stated that the checks aim to promote community safety, reinforce state and local laws, and prevent underage access to alcohol, with the goal of achieving 100 percent compliance.
