Eaton County prosecutor Lloyd trails narrowly in Michigan AG poll

Eaton County Prosecutor Doug Lloyd trails Washtenaw County Prosecutor Eli Savit by 1.3 percentage points in a statewide poll of the Michigan attorney general race. Savit received 36.3% support, compared with 35% for Lloyd, while 28.8% of respondents were undecided or declined to answer.

The poll surveyed 600 likely voters by telephone and has a margin of error of plus or minus 4 percentage points. The November election will decide who succeeds term-limited Attorney General Dana Nessel.
