Trump to host 9/11 tribute featuring recovered World Trade Center beam

President Donald Trump will host 9/11 first responders and officials at the White House on Sept. 8, where a 21-foot steel beam recovered from the World Trade Center’s South Tower will be displayed on the White House Ellipse.

Trump and Tunnel to Towers Foundation Chairman Frank Siller are expected to speak. Trump will also attend a ceremony at the Pentagon, while Vice President JD Vance will travel to the World Trade Center site and other administration officials will represent the White House in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
