Woman dies after vehicle crashes into Aurelius Township home

A 49-year-old Eaton Rapids woman died early Sunday after her vehicle ran off the roadway and struck a residence in Aurelius Township, the Ingham County Sheriff’s Office said.

Deputies were dispatched around 3 a.m. to the 5000 block of Barnes Road. The woman died at the scene from injuries sustained in the crash, and no one inside the home was injured. Anyone with information can contact Deputy Stalzer at 517-676-8444, extension 1939.
