Federal agents search three Michigan addiction treatment facilities

Federal agents and local law enforcement searched three addiction treatment facilities in Detroit, Troy and Eastpointe on Aug. 25, authorities confirmed. The facilities are operated by Quality Behavioral Health, a Michigan nonprofit that runs six locations statewide.

The FBI has not identified a specific allegation tied to the searches. Patient care continued at all three facilities, and the company had no active plans to close them, its CEO said. Officials had not released additional details as of Aug. 27.
