Whistleblower warns mail-ballot screening system could delay votes

A whistleblower report alleges that the U.S. Postal Service rushed development of a system tied to President Donald Trump’s plan to screen states’ mail-voting programs. The report says changing requirements, limited testing and a verification process with little margin for error could lead to ballot delays.
